Signs Of A Sluggish or Over Burdened Liver

January 14, 2019
By Joanna Rushton

I couldn’t possibly begin to share in one blog the depth and breadth of wisdom I’ve consumed from Anthony William’s latest book Liver Rescue.

Besides, I don’t want to rob you of enjoying the read. Yes, I know its probably not your first choice of a relaxing holiday read, however if any of the symptoms below continue to burden or limit you in life, I highly recommend you take notice of some his recommendations.

I’ve been in the business of holistic health long enough to know that no one person holds all the answers, as the journey of healing is such an individual and unique experience.

However, what Anthony offers is certainly one of the more balanced and holistic healing approaches which honors a persons individuality, I’ve seen in a long time.

Do we really understand the full scope of what our liver does for us beyond the layman’s understanding of it as the organ, which filters toxins?

Your liver is your body’s ultimate workhorse; it is to your visceral (organ) system what your gluteal (butt) muscles are to your musculoskeletal system.

According to Anthony William, your liver is responsible for thousands of function, he calls it the “miracle peace keeper”

Here are but a few of your liver’s peace keeping jobs:

  • Processing fat and protecting the pancreas
  • Storing glucose and glycogen
  • Storing vitamins and minerals
  • Disarming and detaining harmful materials
  • Screening and filtering the blood
  • Guarding you with its own personlised immune system

Today we are fighting an epidemic of chronic and mystery illnesses, all of which are signs of a burdened liver, everything from, autoimmune disease such as fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, psoriasis to bloating, obesity, heart disease, strep, acne, gallstones, fatty liver, and the list goes on and on.

The one common denominator, which plays an instrumental role in the body’s natural ability to elevate, and in some cases completely reverse these conditions allowing the body to heal and reclaim a state of balance and harmony once again, is the liver.

So if you have pledged 2019 as the year you intend to get your health back on track or finally get to the route cause of your condition, what I do know is; what and how you choose to feed and support your liver will be a major piece of the puzzle for you.

We will be running a two day Liver Rescue workshop dedicated to helping you put some of Anthony William’s key recommendations into practice. Just keep an eye on our what’s on calendar.

In the mean time, begin to take care of your liver by first supporting your digestion system with this months liver rescue morning juice. Click here for instructions.

Have you told Paul Chek about Anthony William? I would love to hear both of them talk on Paul’s podcast. Hopefully you can communicate that to him? Thank you.

Hi Edward, thanks for your comment. Yes that would be an amazing podcast. I understand though that Anthony William is very hard to pin down these days but hopefully this may happen someday. Thanks Jo.
