Cleansing does not mean going without. It is about Cleansing does not mean going without. It is about good whole organic foods.  Just think fresh, no packets or boxes, unless the ingredients clearly state that it is 100% pure no additives.  There are so many ways to make food tasty and delicious through seasoning, olive oils, coconut oil, lemon and lime juice, and an array of delicious herbs. This delicious mushroom, sweet potato, shallot, spinach and pesto omlette was mouth watering.  Pesto from the talented Botanical Cuisine, locally sourced eggs from @brookletsprings, locally sourced mushrooms, spinach and sweet potato, herbs from our garden and one of the divine @cultiver_goods napkins 🌱
