Our annual mother, daughter two-day retreat is designed specifically for mum’s and their teen daughters (aged 14 years-18 years) and is held on 125 acres, nestled in the heart of Byron’s hinterland.
We provide the ideal blend for deepening connection,, and self-development with healthy self-care rituals to take home with you.
We combine the joy of cooking together to explore ways for you to practically support the hormonal and biochemical changes, which take place during the transition period of young girl into womanhood.
We help you re-affirm the strong love you have for each other, and support you (mum) through this transitional period, as your daughter becomes a woman.
For mother and daughter who share a joy for food and cooking, who wish to deepen and strengthen their bond.
For teenage girls who want to learn to embrace their inner and outer beauty, own their differences and uniqueness, and build their confidence and self-esteem to follow your dreams.
For mums who want to connect with other like-minded mum’s who can provide support for one another.
For you both if your feeling called to take time out together, to laugh, relax, have fun, feel inspired and create moments that become memories for a life time.
Led by Joanna Rushton, holistic wellness coach, energy medicine therapist, author and teacher together with Helen Padarin, naturopath, nutritionist, author and speaker.
Jo and Helen will lead you through a weekend of nurture, nourishment, education and support as you gently push through your boundaries of comfort to a place where you honour and trust each others intuitive voice, and have the courage to act upon it in real life.
We will be deep diving into:
Whatever phase your relationship is at, whether it be navigating the rollercoaster teenage years or being each other’s best friend, taking time to connect and spend quality, un-interrupted time together will be an invaluable and memorable experience for you both.
We will support you both through this entire experience from the moment you join us as our guests, to the moment you leave, to head back home.
